KELLY HO – IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME GONE!
My name is Kelly Ho and I am 18 yrs old. Since childhood I did not develop good eating habits and I easily got stressed with exams so that I suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome when I was 16 yrs old. Let me describe to you how it feels, every morning after I eat breakfast, I suffer severe stomach cramps and need to rush to the toilet because diarrhea. It is very embarrassing! I thought if I chose healthier food as breakfast, it may be better, but even congee or milk or soy milk still made me suffer IBS. So finally I decided to give up eating breakfast, even though I know breakfast is an important meal. That reduced my IBS a lot. Physically I felt really good during the 9-Day Detox, I continued the healthy eating habits and supplements after it ended. 2 weeks passed with my good eating habits before I realized, I was eating breakfast again but all my severe cramping and diarrhea was gone!
