AutoShip Program:

Requirement :

• Active AutoShip: Agreement Form is an Optional Contract of 12 months, which will be renewed if we have not received a written cancellation 1 month before the end of the Contract.
• Pre-select products: 680BV worth of products to be automatically picked up or delivered.
• Date of Commencement: Contract starts and each month will be the Monthly Payment Date.
• Date Selection Criteria: Only 1st to 28th of each month is allowed for an AutoShip payment date, so 29th - 31st AutoShip will not be accepted.
• Payment Date : If problem arises in the Monthly Payment, Autoship must be pre-paid at least one day before your monthly Autoship date.
• FROZEN Business Center:If payment is not completed at least one day before your Autoship date then computer system will automatically CANCEL your Autoship agreement, and add penalty fees.
• Inactive AutoShip: Anyone who stops this contract with written notice and is accepted or anyone who pays the penalty for early stopping of contract but does not continue contract and so all BV is flushed and active status is lost.
• Un-freeze Business Center: all 5% discounts earned on the AutoShip Orders or FREE Delivery at a cost of HKD100 per AutoShip Order will be deducted as a penalty automatically and will need to be deducted from the Bonuses frozen up or paid up directly and active status sis reinstated.
• Amendments: All Amendments must be above 680BV. Any amendment to a order must result in a higher "Total Amount" than that made of your Original Autoship Program Contract to be effective.

Benefits :

• Automatic Active Status: automatically maintained for 365 days from Commencement Date so all Bonuses will be earned without missing out in case of not being Active in the Plan.
• For HK Associate: 5% discount will be earned when that AutoShip Order is chosen to be "Collected" or another option is when delivery is chosen it will be a FREE Delivery to places specified on the AutoShip Form.
• For Overseas Associate: 5% Discount will be given but the delivery cost will be paid by the Member to his country adress.
  1. When 5% Discount is given, it is only for that Monthly AutoShip Order and will be calculated on the Total of that AutoShip Order so any other purchases made on other orders do not get this discount.
  2. Pre-selected products worth 680BV can be changed according to needs by filling in the Amendment Form and handed 10 Days prior to Monthly Payment Date.
