OV Marketing Plan Glossary

Achieved Rank
This is the rank achieved by an Independent Distributor within the Organic Vision Marketing Plan. The six ranks included in the plan are (1) Distributor, (2) Associate, (3) Consultant, (4) Gold President, (5) Sapphire President & (6) Diamond President.

Active Status
Purchase a single order of 680 BV every 30 days or joined AutoShip Program by an Independent Distributor.

Active Associate
An Associate who has maintained Active Status can accumulate the BV of personally enrolled Associates and is also eligible to accumulate Personal Excess BV as part of the BV for the Associate's Minor Volume Leg at the time of the BV is purchased.

Associate
An Associate is the rank when a Distributor purchases a Full Detox Pack (FDP). The active requirement is 680 BV that will be deducted from the FDP's total 2208 BV, so the remaining BV is 1528 BV. This will be a Personal Excess BV holdover that is saved first, and allocated to his minor volume leg.
An Associate can earn Retail Profit and Endorsement Bonus.

AutoShip Program
A program of convenience where a pre-selected order is collected or shipped once a month to keep an Active Status in the Marketing Plan automatically for 365 days. AutoShip orders provide additional savings and convenience to an Independent Distributor.

Business Center (BC)
Anyone who joins as an Independent Distributor will have their own Business Center.

Business Value (BV)
There is a Business Value for all saleable products or services. Business Value is the means to calculate bonuses to be paid out.

Bonus Period
A timeframe for when BV is accumulated for bonus calculation payout. Each Commission Period is from Monday at 00:01 to the following Sunday at 23:59. Bonuses are paid each week, one week in arrears, on that following Friday after 18:00 .

Consultant
A rank achieved by an Independent Distributor who has Active Status so has become an Active Consultant and has at least one Active personally enrolled Associate on his/her Left Team and at least one Active personally enrolled Associate on his/her Right Team in the same period.

Cycle
A term to define the total accumulation of 6000 Group Business Volume (GBV) in a paid as Consultant's Team where at least 2000 BV is in a Minor Volume Leg and 4000 BV is in a Major Volume Leg. A Cycle triggers a Team Bonus based on qualification.

Day
A time period equal to a day from 00:01 to 23:59 when BV & Cycles & Bonuses are calculated.

Diamond President
A rank achieved by an Active Consultant with ten ( 10 ) Personally Enrolled "paid as" Consultants on each side of his/her 2 Teams and have earned 3 Team Cycles that day, all within the same period.

Diamond President Benefits
Benefits received as a Diamond President and in addition to benefits as Sapphire President. A "paid as" Diamond President is eligible to receive an additional 10% Matching Bonus on all Team Bonuses earned by his/her 3rd Generation personally enrolled "paid as" Consultants and Presidents. Maximum payout of all total bonuses added is HK$180,000 per week. Diamond Presidents may also qualify for addititional profit opportunities through re-entries up the line for additional Business Centers when achieved HK$140,000 at President rank up to a total of 5 Business Centers.

Distributor
Anyone who is 18 or above, fills in the application form and pays joining fee (Business Kit) HK$238. Distributor can purchase OV products at wholesale prie and sell at retail price to earn Retail Profit.

Downline
Independent Distributor placed below an Independent Distributor in the genealogy (Family Tree) of the Organic Vision Marketing Plan.

e-Commerce
Optional annual online support system paid annually by an Independent Distributor for a complete online e-Back Office with multimedia training materials to help manage and support the growth of your Organic Vision business. Annual fee for the Basic Plan is HKD200 but the Star Plan is HKD400 as this also includes a personalized Web Page with a one-time design cost of HKD1,500 for (1) Personal Flash of 10 photos with Text (2) Personal Template Choice (3) Your Story (4) Favorite Links, where prospects and customers can be directed to view and purchase Organic Vision's products or sign up as your downline.

Enroller
An enroller is an Independent Distributor who personally enrolls another Independent Distributor under him/her in the Marketing Plan. The Enroller is eligible if qualified, to earn Endorsement Bonus from the one-time purchase of a FDP by his/her personally enrolled Associate.

Excess Personal BV
Any BV over the 680 for Active Status will be accumulated and saves as a "Holdover" until the rank of Consultant is achieved. Then this BV is directly allocated to the Minor Volume Leg at the time of purchase.

Full Detox Pack (FDP)
A one-time purchase offered to a new Independent Distributor to "Cleanse Toxins" & "Prevent Toxin Absorption" at the same time for the best possible health benefits. Also participation in the Marketing Plan and qualifies them to earn Endorsement Bonus when their new Distributor also purcahses this pack.

Gold President
A rank achieved by an Active Consultant with five (5) Personally Enrolled "paid as" Consultants on each side of his/her 2 Teams and have earned 1 Team Cycle that day, all within the same period.

Gold President Benefits
Benefits received by President in addition to Associate and Consultant benefits. A "paid as" Gold President is eligible to receive a 10% Matching Bonus on all Team Bonuses earned by personally enrolled "paid as" Consultants and Presidents. Maximum Payout of the total bonuses added up will be HK$140,000 per week. When a Gold Presidents achieves maimum payout, he/she may also qualify for additional profit opportunities through re-entries up the line for additional Business Centers, up to a total of 5 Business Center.

Group BV (GBV)
The BV that accumulates in an Associate's Left and Right Team based on Active Status and "paid as" Status Rank. Active Associates of all ranks will accumulate the PBV of personally enrolled Associates towards Left or Right Teams based on which Team the Associate is in and will accumulate Excess PV in their Minor Volume Team once qualified as a Consultant or at time of purchase. "Paid-as" Consultants and Presidents will also accumulate GBV of their Downline Associates. Independent Distributors of any Rank who do not maintain Active Status will not accumulate GBV until they regain Active Status.

Holdover Volume
A stabilizing feature of the Organic Vision Marketing Plan that allows Active "paid as" Consultants to hold over unpaid GBV in each of their two Teams to accumulate towards qualifying for future team bonuses. The Holdover process will occur as long as a Consultant remains an active "paid as" Consultant or until the end of any day that the Consultant has accumulated the allowed maximum 100 total Team Cycles or called the Mega Cycle. When this occurs, all Holdover BV in both Left & Right Team will be reverted to '0'. This process will repeat itself over and over as you grow your business.

Major Volume Leg
One of the 2 Associate Teams that holds the most amount of unpaid GBV (see Marketing Plan for more details).

Matching Bonus
As a "paid as" Gold President, you are eligible to receive a 10% Matching Bonus on the weekly Team Bonus income of all personally enrolled "paid as" Consultants and Presidents (1st Generation). As a "paid as" Sapphire President, you are eligible to receive an additional 10% Matching Bonus on the weekly Team Bonus income of all 2nd Generation "paid as" Consultants and Presidents under the above 1st generation. As a "paid as" Diamond President, you are eligible to receive an additional 10% Matching Bonus on the weekly Team Bonus income of all 3rd Generation "paid as" Consultants and Presidents under the above 2nd generation. The 30% Matching Bonus is calculated and paid weekly in one week arrears on the following Friday.

Mega Cycle
A Mega Cycle occurs at the end of any day (23:59) that 100 cycles have been accumulated since an Independent Distributor's joining date or the last Mega Cycle. To provide stability to the Organic Vision Marketing Plan, any remaining Holdover BV in Left & Right Team is removed and reset to '0'.

Minor Volume Leg
One of the two Teams that holds the lesser amount of unpaid GBV (see Marketing Plan for more details).

Paid-As
The status rank of which an Independent Distributor is paid. Once an Independent Distributor reaches a certain rank within the Organic Vision Marketing Plan, they will maintain that nominal rank until they advance to the next rank. However, for bonus calculation purposes, the Independent Distributor will be paid as the rank of which he/she is qualified, subject to Active Status, numbers of Active Personally Enrolled Associates, and volume accumulated in a given bonus period.

Paid As Consultant
Consultants who maintain Active Status and Consultant requirements. In addition to being eligible for earnings of an Associate, Paid-As Consultants may earn Team Bonuses. Maximum weekly payout of total bonuses if HK$120,000.?

Personal Business Value (PBV)
Volume that is the combination of the BV of your personal orders and your Retail Customers.

Reset
The removal of Group Business Value (GBV) from the Left and Right Teams that are no longer eligible to be used in calculating of Team Bonuses. Reset occurs at the end of any day an Independent Distributor of any rank loses Active Status or when a Mega Cycle has been reached.

Retail Customer
A customer who purchases product from an Organic Vision Independent Distributor. Retail Customers have no position in the Organic Vision Marketing Plan.

Retail Profits
A Distributor can earn an immediate profit by purchasing products at wholesale price and selling at retail price. A satisfied customer can be your New Distributor.

Sapphire President
A rank achieved by an active Consultant with eight (8) Personally Enrolled "paid as" Consultants on each side of his/her 2 Teams and have earned 2 Team Cycles that day, all within the same period.

Sapphire President Benefits
Benefits received by a President in addition of Gold President benefits. A "paid as" Sapphire President is eligible to receive an additional 10% Matching Bonus on all Team Bonuses earned by his/her 2nd Generation personally enrolled "paid as" Consultants and Presidents. Maximum Payout in all total bonus added is HK$160,000 per week. Sapphire Presidents may also qualify for additional profit opportunties through re-entries up the line for additional ,

Sponsor
The first direct upline of a Distributor is called Sponsor. Sponsor and enroller can be the same person, or be two different distributors.

Team Bonus
Bonus earned by "paid as" Consultants and Presidents who are eligible to earn them from the volume of their 2 Teams. For simplicity, we call these two Teams, the Left Team and Right Team. When an Active Consultant accumulates 6000 GBV with 2000 BV from one Team and 4000 BV from the other Team, the Consultant earns a Team Bonus. Each Team Bonus qualification is called a Cycle. Business Centers can Cycle multiple times every day.

Upline
Independent Distributor placed above an Independent Distributor in the genealogy of the Organic Vision Marketing plan that is his enroller or sponsor.

Week
Timeframe for when BV is accumulated for bonus calculation. Each Week, also called a Bonus Period, is from Monday at 00:01 to the following Sunday at 23:59. Bonuses are paid each week, one week in arrears on the following Friday after 18:00.

Wholesale Price
Wholesale Price is the price paid by an Independent Distributor when they purchase products from Organic Vision Ltd. Wholesale price is decided by the company and available to Distributors only. Wholesale price for all ranks of Distributor is the same.
