View Terms and Agreements

1. I undertake to send Organic Vision Limited a copy of my HK ID card or passport (for non-Hong Kong residents).

2. I understand that overseas orders maybe subject to local sales tax or other taxes of my region which amount shall be also added to my total future product orders where applicable and that shipping and handling charges shall also be added to my order if applicable.

3. I understand that my Distributor Code shall be sent to me by email after my application has been processed and accepted by Organic Vision Limited in order for me to start my product ordering, AutoShip arrangements and business building.

4. In the event of any discrepancy in respect of meaning between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

I authorize Organic Vision Limited to charge my credit card to receive payment for the cost of my Business Kit plus sales and other taxes, shipping and handing (if applicable) as well as any and all of my future product orders and other purchases from Organic Vision Limited, when credit card payment arrangements are in place. I confirm that I have Read, Understand and Agree to be bound by the terms on this Application Form, the terms of the INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT and INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR PURCHASE AGREEMENT , in all cases as may be amended from time to time, and if any clause is declared invalid or unenforceable, only that clause is invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability not affecting the remainder of the clauses.
