Osman has worked in various fields including banking and marketing. But he could never achieve his dreams through any of these jobs. He realized that as an employee it was impossible for him to attain his dream and that the only way was to become an entrepreneur. By becoming an entrepreneur he could control his time, effort and future in order to accomplish his dreams. He found that the best opportunity for ordinary people to fulfill their dreams was through direct selling. Osman found Organic Vision which earned his respect and is now working hard to create his own independent business.
