Bond Team Plan
Organic Vision’s Bond Team Plan focuses on building two teams, your left and right team. This is a system to help you expand your business. Those who join as an independent distributor will own their own online business center. A sign-up fee of HK$108 is all that is required to sign up as a distributor with Organic Vision.
All saleable products or services have a business value (BV). Organic Vision guarantees to pay 55% of the total business value earned to our distributors. This business value is used for the bonus rewards to all associates or higher ranking members. These bonus rewards include endorsement bonuses, team bonuses, matching bonuses, cash bonuses and annual travel incentives.
WEEKLY BONUS PERIOD:
Business value and cycles are calculated daily from 00:01 to 23:59. Weekly bonuses are calculated from Monday at 00:01 to Sunday at 23:59. Bonus payments are then given out a week later on Friday’s at around 18:00.
Any product a distributor sells to a retail customer entitles him to a retail profit of 25-30% of the value of the product.
Distributors who have attained the rank of Associate have the ability to earn endorsement bonuses. They earn this through enrolling a new distributor who in turn buys a FIRST DETOX PACK (FDP). This entitles the enroller to an endorsement bonus of HK$1000. Any Associates who have purchased a FIRST DETOX PACK (FDP) will be able to earn endorsement bonuses.
Team bonuses are earned by any distributor who has attained the rank of a Consultant or above and maintain a ‘paid-as’ status. When the distributor accumulates 6000 group business value (GBV) with 2000 BV coming from one team and 4000 BV from the other they earn a team bonus. Each of these is referred to as a cycle, which can be earned multiple times a day. The value of said cycle is approximately 6% of the business value or HK$360. This can vary each week and can be a total of HK$500 or above.
MATCHING BONUS: 30%
A ‘paid-as’ Gold President is eligible to receive a 10% matching bonus. This bonus is based on the performance of all of the gold president’s personally enrolled ‘paid-as’ consultants and presidents of the first generation.
A ‘paid-as’ Sapphire President is eligible to receive an additional 10% matching bonus along with all other benefits enjoyed by gold presidents. This bonus is based on the performance of all of the gold president’s personally enrolled ‘paid-as’ consultants and presidents of the first and second generation.
A ‘paid-as’ Diamond President is eligible to receive an additional 10% matching bonus along with all other benefits enjoyed by sapphire presidents. This bonus is based on the performance of all of the gold president’s personally enrolled ‘paid-as’ consultants and presidents of the first, second and third generation.
Annual Travel and Cash Award Bonus is a bonus that accumulates throughout the year. 3% of the BV is taken out of the 55% bonus payout and is saved to award those who qualify for the various travel incentives Organic Vision offers. Requirements and the destinations are announced at the beginning of each year.
Short term incentives may also occur on occasion and are announced by the company as well.
